1. With low temperature conditions, the chemical reaction speed of gold extraction will be limited, and the effect of gold extraction is not obvious. Therefore, in actual production, keep the chemical reaction temperature to room temperature, and the experiment shows that when the temperature is higher than 10 degrees Celsius, the leaching effect of gold is obvious.

3. pH: due to the agent is alkaline, it will react with the gold extraction solution under acidic conditions, under neutral condition the reaction effect is poor. Therefore, CNLITE eco-friendly environmental gold dressing agent must be fully functional under alkaline conditions. In practical production, alkaline chemicals are generally used to provide a suitable chemical environment for gold extraction. The most commonly used are limestone and caustic soda and pH is maintained at 10-12. After the solution is poured into raw ore heap or leaching pool, the optimal pH is 11±0.5. As long as the pH is within this range, the effect of CNLITE eco-friendly environmental gold dressing agent is obvious.

4. Leaching: under the condition of normal temperature and alkalinity, CNLITE eco-friendly environmental gold dressing agent is dissolved in water for sufficient stirring and dissolution, and then the mixed solution is poured into the leaching pool. If heap leaching is adopted, the mixture solution can be added for feeding and spraying at the same time.

5. Washing and displacement precipitation: solid-liquid separation of gold-containing solution and solid tailings after leaching, usually includes replacement of gold-containing solution, concentration and filtration of leaching slurry, and overall cyanide extraction The process of gold is similar. 3. When leaching complex ore, the ammonia, sodium sulfide, potassium ferricyanide, lead nitrate and other drugs commonly used in the pretreatment stage do not react with CNLITE eco-friendly environmental gold dressing agent, and can be used directly.

4. CNLITE is a gold dressing agent with hygroscopicity, it should be avoided from dampness and stored in a cool, dry place with airtight seal.
